Customer Service is the MOST important part of our business. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy!  If for ANY reason you are not 100% satisfied with the products you've purchased from us, please email us. We will be glad to do everything in our power to come to a satisfactory resolution!

USA Shipping  prices are INCLUDED in the product price. It is shipped per USPS. The Romantic Victorian items may be drop shipped and can take 3-4 weeks for delivery. We are very happy to ship internationally, however WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM ORDER OF $25 TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.....please contact us with any questions.  Due to recent rate increases we now ship international orders via First Class USPS.  Please note that this method DOES NOT offer a tracking number.  In the event of a lost or damaged package we will of course provide any help we can as far as supplying paperwork etc.. to help facilitate your claim with your local postal service, however we will not provide refunds, nor guarantee that your claim with the post office will be approved . Romantic Victorian Home Collection products may be drop shipped.

Refunds
It will always be our intent to satisfy our customers.  You are very important to us!  If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect you must notify us within 5 days upon receipt and return within 15 days upon receipt for a full refund of your purchase price or credit towards your next order.  The item must be in the original condition and packed in the original box with all of the included packing material to insure that it arrives undamaged, and shipped INSURED via the same carrier from which you received your package, i.e....USPS or UPS.  If you wish to return an item with no manufacturing defect, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.  Return shipping costs on items with no manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the customer.  If you receive an item or package damaged by the carrier you must notify us immediately upon receipt.  We do not refund for damage incurred during shipping.  It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier for lost or damaged items/s incurred during shipping.  We will however be happy to provide any documentation needed to facilitate this claim..  The carrier will then make the decision on whether or not to reimburse you for the damage.  You must keep the ORIGINAL BOX AND ALL PACKING MATERIALS.  The carrier will need to inspect the package before settling a claim.  If you wish to exchange an item we are happy to do so within the time frame and return shipping requirements above.  If you wish to return an item for an exchange with another item, you may do so. However, you will have to pay return shipping both ways.

5. We will ship your items once your payments are complete.25% of the total plus shipping fees are required to put items on layaway.
For purchase totals under $100, the balance is due in 30 days. A total balance over $100, half is due in 30 days, the remaining balance in 60 days. A PAYPAL INVOICE will be sent for payments a couple days prior to the due date. Layaways NOT paid for within the required time will be relisted and money already paid will not be refunded, unless prior arrangements have been made. THE ROMANTIC VICTORIAN HOME COLLECTION: Romantic Victorian Home Collection is individually hand-crafted.  No two items will be EXACTLY alike.  Embellishments such as florals, lace, beading etc....may vary depending on availability of materials. Please allow approx. 3-4 weeks to ship (PLUS TRANSIT TIME).  Because all our items are handmade with many being made per order, shipping time may vary depending upon the item/s ordered and the time of year.  We of course will require a longer shipping time as we approach the Christmas season.

Purchasing Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are purchased by contacting our sales department. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Certificate to some one via email.

How to Send Gift Certificates

To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to our email us. When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following. The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.) A short message needs to appear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.
